It's "reality TV" designed for drama and such. Haven't you noticed that some shows pick people to be on the show that you will absolutely hate, just for the point that nearly all the viewers will hate that person - then they find ways to keep that person on the show so that you can continue to hate them. It's unscripted but not reality. As for Deanna in the one episode I did see one night while at the gym I thought she was a flakey immature girl.

Amen, sistah! She is a HUGE disappointment......

I will say this...I did like Trista. Not so much Deanna.

Two publicity-craving inflated-ego individuals -- it's a PERFECT MATCH I heard rumors about the level of payola from certain sport-related sponsors going continuously up for each "glimpse" of product. Free network tv advertising??? Someone's gonna have enough $ for another Breck condo soon....

This show has now officially gotten a little too strange for my (wasted!) time.
So......if sincere and terrific JASON is the next Bachelor (which I DOUBT he'll do), will I watch?? I think Jeremy's too shy to take it on. ??

If you have a chance to watch the home town date episode (on streaming video on abc.com), check out the PRODUCT PLACEMENT. Note how VISIBLE the BONFIRE outerwear is, the goggles, the helmet brand names etc etc etc etc. Also the ever-present sunglasses (and hats) in many, many other episodes. Guess who gets paid Big Bucks for showing that stuff? NOT ABC.

The reality tv forums are just screamin' busy with this fiasco. Well, she's got one trick down: she can do a mean 180! She sure did it in re: what she wanted out of life (3 kids by age 30....with Jesse C??? I'm sure) - and fooled a couple of totally straight-up guys (whose livelihoods were not plastered all over their appearances promo-style).

Kinda burned out on these shows after this nonsense.

Meanwhile, adorable and terrific Jason M has been asked onto all kinds of radio talk shows and has garnered much love after his super-jilt. I hope this totally nice guy finds someone who can appreciate him!!! There's a long line waiting!

Wasn't Jesse on some MTV show about a girl learning to snowboard? It seems like it was him, but, I'm not positive!

1) Ms. Deanna cannot ride
2) Mr Jesse apparently has long been out of the teaching game, needs a refresher course, also should be working on his Level III.

So....if anyone wants REAL snowboard lessons/pointers, gimme a holler. I happen to know someone who not only managed to get Level III cert 4+ years ago but also can outspin, outjump, and out-LAND (see the landings on his jumps on that show - and they were 180's) Mr C. **

I didn't have the vaguest idea but checked it out after I read your post. You know, there's a reality-show forum that absolutely nailed this outcome as soon as this series concluded. Almost to the month (I think they did forecast November, in fact). Quite curious. Mr C has a sad little You Tube video overlaying what was "their" joint site. Unless he's one great actor, it seems genuine. Too bad, sounds like he really fell for her. (She broke up w/him.)

Ah, but life goes on. This now ranks up there, imo, as one reality show that will get no more of my time. That last "quest" was it for me, thanks.

It does. I kinda feel bad for the guy. But.....he has a lot going on and now a sizable fan base. He'll be okay. As to the Lady DeAnna.....Fans of Reality TV website had her pegged a long time ago. She said she needs to live near family in Atlanta ----- and now is moving to....LA?? Okay. Whatever. BTW, the last to fall, Jason, will be the next Bachelor. (Note to self: try not to watch, despite how cute he is!) I think this show's ship sailed with Trista and Ryan, frankly.
