I like the sport skirts _ I have one that I use for biking sometimes and for hiking.

I like the idea of cute little skirts & dresses more than I like actually wearing them. I have a bunch of tennis skirts & dresses, but hardly ever wear them.

I totally resemble the statement. I have some great skirts and dresses, but I never wear them. I've become too accustomed to being able to pull my legs up and sit "indian style". This is especially true at work. Probably at least somewhat influenced by the fact that most desk chairs wouldn't be comfortable for me to sit with good posture - darned being short!

I LOVE dresses and skirts, so naturally sports skirts are right up my alley!

Personally, I love skirts, especially for the comfort factor. Where I come from, guys wear long dresses, what works works

I have several athletic (often tennis marketed) skirts made out of technical fabrics with built in boyshorts. Nike had a model that I really like the style of and have in like 9 colors. Whenever I see one on clearance in my size I grab it, because I go through clothes quickly and they're a stock item for me. The comfort and style of (shorter) skirts made compatible with flipping and climbing about: perfect!

I actually bought a pair of boardshorts with a cute detachable skirt! It is really cute! I'll see if I can find a picture.

I really do like skirts! There was a Wimbledon outfit last year that was SOOOO cute, I almost bought it and took up tennis professionally!

Yup! I'm into skirts! I just wish my butt would cooperate so that it's not shorter in the back than the front!

Clothing companies need to figure that one out. A lot of companies have their booty/skirt length compatibility all wrong!

This is why Hollywood costumers are for ever employeed. They've got the skirt thing down. How many ways would you like it to flatter you ?! They can do it, no short backside of skirt, ever !

I dunno. In terms of skirt lengths/cuts and overall clothing that really flatters a female body I think we've lost it. The clothing of the 1930s, and the edwardian period before really did a much better job. I seriously have the most beautiful gown from the 1930s that I picked up - I'm a vintage clothing buff (anything edwardian period or earlier, and 1930s-50s) - the long lines and bias cut are just so flattering and very feminine without being terribly revealing.

So I supose the above should've been filed under the "things PLS'ers would be surprised to learn about me" section! Oh and antique costume jewelry too! Not that I ever get a chance to wear any of it, but it's sooooo beautiful.
