Default Posture Please

Many ski instructors have told me that they can predict the way that someone will ski by watching them walk to the slopes. I find the same thing with fitness. In the never-ending debate over which form of exercise is "best," we often forget that no technique will be effective if it is not performed in perfect alignment.

Default Re: Posture Please

Thanks for posting this LisaMarie. I am still struggling with an injury from last season caused by my boots throwing my posture out of whack. It's tough to realize how important the chain is until you throw it out of whack repeatedly and finally find yourself in a position where you can barely walk. This article needs to be well thought out not only in activity but in terms of equipment and how that may affect your posture as well.
